ASASTechs does not provide external audit or accounting services and does not give opinions on financial statements. ASASTechs does not provide cybersecurity services.

3. Delivery with partners

Some technology services are delivered with, or by, our technology delivery partner under a memorandum of understanding. Where that is the case, ASASTechs remains your contracting party under the engagement agreement and is responsible to you for the engagement, and the partner works under confidentiality obligations.

4. Standards, frameworks and references

Names of standards, frameworks, laws and organisations are used only to describe the references our work follows; they do not imply certification, accreditation, endorsement or any affiliation. Laws and regulatory guidance change, and must always be read against your specific facts.

5. Client references and figures

Client names and logos are shown with permission and belong to their owners. Figures about projects, clients and countries describe the cumulative experience of our technology delivery team, including work delivered before it began delivering for ASASTechs; they are not a guarantee of any outcome.

6. Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty that it is complete, current or free of errors, and we may change it at any time without notice.
